Noul 3DMark a venit şi pe Android

Ediţia 3DMark pentru Android a fost lansată astăzi şi include tot ce avem nevoie pentru testarea performanţelor telefoanelor mobile şi tabletelor. Dezvoltat în colaborare cu Broadcom, Imagination Technologies, Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm şi alte companii, 3DMark este cel mai modern benchmark pentru echipamentele bazate pe Android.

În plus, scorul obţinut în 3DMark poate fi comparat între platforme. Putem folosi soft-ul pentru a testa şi compara performanţele echipamentelor care rulează Android, iOS, Windows şi Windows RT, oferind o viziune reală asupra diferenţelor între produse.

Milioane de jucători pe PC utilizează 3DMark pentru a testa limitele hardware ale componentelor. Acum 3DMark poate fi folosit, în acelaşi scop, pentru telefoane mobile şi tablete.

Ediţia Android include 2 teste, bazate pe OpenGL ES 2.0.

Ice Storm este varianta mai lejeră, cu care să stresăm GPU şi CPU din smartphone şi tabletă. Conţine 2 teste grafice şi unul Physics. Ice Storm Extreme ridică rezoluţia testelor la 1080p şi foloseşte texturi de calitate ridicată şi efecte post-procesare. Testul va fi inclus şi în varianta 3DMark pentru Windows, pentru a putea compara tabletele cu Windows şi Android.

3DMark este disponibil gratuit pentru Android, iar variantele pentru iOS şi Windows RT vor fi lansate în curând.
